Guest access:

— The building has an elevator and does not have 24-hour front desk service.

— There is no parking space.

— Guests will have exclusive access to all rooms and areas shown in the listing photos.

— The accommodation can be accessed by private car, bus, subway, taxi and ride-hailing services.

Important information:

— Luggage or any other belongings may not be left at the building’s front desk or under the responsibility of building staff.

— Parties or events are not permitted in the accommodation.

— The use of illegal substances, smoking or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the building’s common areas.

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and throughout the building.

— Going shirtless or wearing swimwear in the building’s common areas is not permitted.

— Any construction work, maintenance or temporary unavailability of building facilities or amenities is beyond our responsibility. If any particular facility or amenity is essential to your stay, please check with us in advance.

— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, cat litter or any other non-organic material in toilets, sinks or drains may cause blockages. Any costs resulting from improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the repair or replacement cost. Please take special care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the accommodation with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with a valid official photo ID.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.

— We kindly ask guests to separate recyclable and organic waste and dispose of it in the appropriate areas of the building.

— Parties are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the stay, a security deposit may be requested. It will be fully refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the terms established in the agreement.
